                     Anderson Bean boots are handmade in Mercedes, Texas.  They were

           created by the owners of Rios of Mercedes to make available a high quality,

           all leather western boot that would fit in a medium price range.

           Through over 100 years of boot making Anderson Bean has qualities not found

           in most boots made today.  Anderson Bean boots are made with channeled

           welt construction, which recesses the stitching in a groove in the leather insole.

           This results in a distinctive low profile & eliminating the need for cork or foam

           rubber fillers.  They have steel shanks for arch support & wooden pegs in the

           arch area.  This is an old fashioned method that aids arch support & holds the

           outsole & vamp to the insole.  This is essential for good fitting boots.   In a

           modern world of foreign market Anderson Bean boots are one of the few boots

           still made in the Good Ole U.S.A.!!!
